HP is under the control of cracking a member of the board of suspicion of leaking information by private companies through the recruitment of a third party investigators. It is the investigation of the company, using a practice known as “Pretexting” - it’s part as someone else - to get leaders and telephone records journalists.
But according to lawyers for the hotel, the recent scandal should result in what employers at regular intervals, what types of private investigations can be done - and not just members of the committee, but the current staff of suspicion, fault.
Currently, twelve countries have laws to block the use of Pretexting to obtain telephone entries: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Virginia and Washington.
